We’ll create a custom logo and curate fonts, color scheme and website graphics. You’ll start out with three brand concepts and narrow it down to one, and then you’ll get three rounds of revisions so that we capture your vision perfectly.
WEBSITE THAT WOWS
You’ll get the Perfect Homepage Layout designed to turn visitors into subscribers, an About Page to tell your story and attract your ideal client, a Work With Me page designed to sell without feeling salesy and a gorgeous blog that looks great on any device!
Crafting captivating copy for all of your pages and your email automation sequence doesn’t happen by accident. You’ll get templates to start writing it, and then we’ll coach you through refining it to make sure you’re leaving nothing on the table when it comes to calling in your ideal clients.
We’ll devise an email optin strategy to help you attract more email subscribers. We’ll work together to produce your freebie, and we’ll set up strategically placed email optin forms plus all of the tech to deliver it. We’ll also set up your three-email automation sequence and get you all set to send out your first email to your list.
SOCIAL MEDIA SETUP
We’ll connect your website with all of your social media accounts so that you’ll be poised to leverage all the power social media has to drive traffic to your website. We’ll brand your social media accounts, and we’ll also set up social sharing on your website to prime your readers to share your content with their networks.
Your new website will be optimized SEO, not only for speed and security, but also the keywords that your ideal client is using to find you online. We’ll work together on your keyword strategy and you’ll know exactly how to create keyword rich content for your blog.

Here’s how it all goes down:
Schedule your free 30 minute consultation, and when we talk I’ll dig deep into your business to figure out what your goals are and answer all of your questions about the process and what’s included.
CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT
After our consultation, I’ll send you a contract outlining our project along with a link to pay the first of 3 monthly payments. Signing the contract and paying the first payment secures your place on my development schedule.
Once you’ve secured your spot, we’ll schedule our 60-minute discovery session where we’ll take a deep dive into your business and create our project plan to make sure your website captures every opportunity to connect you with your ideal clients, cultivate relationships and convert them into your best customers.
Once you’ve booked your spot, we’ll also schedule our Branding Session where we’ll walk you through our branding questionnaire and get you started on creating your Pinterest vision board that you’ll share with our graphic designer.
We use Content Snare to give you checklist of all of the content, copy and information we’ll need from you to build your website. We’ll also collaborate on branding and revisions inside of Asana (and you’re gonna fall in love with it)!
CONTENT PHASE – 4 WEEKS
We give you a full 30 days to write your website and email copy, and put together your freebie while we’re working on the branding. Our project manager will hold weekly check-in calls with you during the content checklist phase to answer any questions you may have as you’re pulling it all together. During these calls you’ll also get to see your branding and provide feedback.
DESIGN PHASE – 2 WEEKS
The design phase begins once the branding is finalized and all the website, email and freebie copy is done. Then our design team goes away for 2 weeks and builds the first draft of the website.
REVISION PHASE – 2 WEEKS
We’ll send you video overview of the first draft of the website, and then we’ll meet online to review it together and get your feedback. Then our team goes away for another 2 weeks to work on revisions, and we’ll meet online again to review the final product.
FUNCTIONALITY PHASE – 2 WEEKS
Once the website design is finalized it’s time to bring it to life. Our team will go away for another 2 weeks to build out your optin forms and email marketing sequences, get your social media connected, work on your SEO and set up your e-commerce – and test everything to make sure it’s working as expected.
GO LIVE & TRAINING – 4 WEEKS
We’ll meet online and walk you through your final website and outline your marketing plan, and then it’s time for you to take over and start spreading the word about your new website! And we’re right there with you for 30 days to provide quality assurance support and answer your questions along the way.
AFTER THE PROJECT
After your 30 day quality assurance period, you can choose to get ongoing one-on-one support from our team. Maybe you want us to create all the graphics, SEO optimize and publish your weekly blog post and send it out to your newsletter list. Maybe you want us to create your next digital product and set it up on your website. Whatever you need, you can pay as you go, or get dedicated monthly support with a subscription.
*Additional subscription fees may apply depending on the platform we use to build out your course.

HOW LONG DOES IS TAKE?
From kickoff to go-live, the project will take at least 3 months. It truly depends on how quickly you can pull together all the content our team needs to build the website. We give you 30 days, but sometimes it takes clients a bit longer. Our actual development process is 6 weeks.
WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU USE?
We exclusively use self-hosted WordPress. If you don’t already have web hosting, we’ll host it for you for the first year at no additional charge. We’ll use either Make by Theme Foundry or Divi by Elegant Themes depending your business, your goals and your comfort level with tech.
WHAT ABOUT HOSTING?
It depends! If you already have hosting we can use yours, or I can host your website for an additional annual fee.
CAN YOU MOVE MY SQUARESPACE OR WIX SITE TO WORDPRESS?
Absolutely! We go through the same process as above, but we’ll also bring over your existing content, point your domain to your new site and set up redirects so that your old links point to your new site. There is an additional fee for this work depending on how many pages you have, and we’ll give you a quote when we talk.
